How do I attach the black transmitter?
Simply insert the transmitter into the opening on the inside of the chest band of your NuMetrex heart rate monitor sports bra or shirt, press and snap into place. Rounded edges down, square edges up.
When I first put on my NuMetrex bra/shirt, I do not get a reading on my watch. How do I activate the system?
The heart rate monitor sensors that are knit into NuMetrex shirts and sports bras work with your body's perspiration to maintain a connection. The sensors will typically activate within the first few minutes of exercise. To activate the system before you break a sweat or on cold days, simply wet your fingertips and rub the moisture onto the sensor area before you start your workout.
Which watch system should I select?
The Polar FS1 is a basic watch with large digits and one button functionality for ease of use. The Polar F4 was specifically designed for women and has a slim style. It includes enhanced features like calorie expenditure count and recording of time spent in your target zone. The Polar RS200 for men or women is also loaded with features for runners. It has programs to help you determine personal heart rate limits, count calorie expenditure, measure your fitness level and more.
I already have a heart rate monitor transmitter and watch. Can I use them with NuMetrex sports apparel?
NuMetrex clothing is compatible with the Polar wearlink and all Polar watches.

Do NuMetrex garments require special laundering care?
Always remove the transmitter before washing. Machine wash warm. Tumble dry on low or air dry.
How does laundering affect the performance of the bra?
NuMetrex sports apparel is highly durable to laundering. We've tested the wash durability of our sports bra in our lab and in wear tests. Lab results indicate the bra can be washed 80 to 100 times before any affect on performance is noticed. After that there is a slight increase in error readings although it does continue to work. In our wear tests, the sports bra was washed and worn several times a week over a six month period and continued to work.
What size sports bra or racer tank should I order?
The NuMetrex sports bra and racer tank are designed to fit comfortably yet snugly around the torso to hold the sensors in place. Our seamless construction provides a forgiving fit between size ranges. A general size guide follows:

Your NuMetrex monitoring sports bra system is sold with Polar brand electronics. You can contact Polar's customer support system that is identified with the enclosed product manuals and user information.

What is the refund policy?
You may return for a garment size exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase. To return, send an e-mail with reason for return to: contact@numetrex.com and you will be sent an RMA number. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
