Fashionable Technology book features NuMetrex heart rate monitor clothing

The NuMetrex heart rate monitoring Cardio Shirt for Men and Women’s Racer Tank is featured among 50 examples of clothing that integrate technology in Fashionable Technology, a new book launched on May 22 at the Eyebeam Museum in New York City. Written by professor, designer, CEO and curator Sabine Seymour, the book highlights the interplay of electronic textiles and wearable technology. NuMetrex garments feature heart rate monitoring fibers that are knit directly into the stretchy fabric of the garment.
