NuMetrex heart rate monitoring sports bra - A History Channel Modern Marvel

A History Channel film crew made a visit to our offices last week, to tape interviews and show the technology behind our heart sensing fitness apparel for a Modern Marvels segment on underwear. The show will start with the loin cloth and zoom forward to present (and future) innovations where underwear can provide a window into the inner workings of your body. It’s amazing how far we’ve come.

The film crew spent a full 8 hour day filming at our offices, including interviews with our co-founders Stacey Burr and Qaizar Hasonjee on our company’s vision and electro-textile innovations.

We then headed over to the ultra-modern Plexus Nemours Fitness Center where trainers Sarah and Brad got to demo the sports bra and cardio shirt on camera. All of this is likely to be edited down to 2 or 3 minutes in the total 10-minute segment on underwear, which is to be aired in July.
